Privacy Policy

Who we are

OTG Consulting, LLC, doing business as Vedhold ("OTG Consulting", "we", "us") is an Illinois limited liability company. This policy covers vedhold.com, atendana.com (Atendana is an OTG Consulting service) and the services OTG Consulting provides directly: business consulting, and call-answering and text message services for small businesses, including the Atendana phone line. OTG ventures with their own websites, such as Hephanos and FinnStatement, have their own privacy policies, and those policies apply to them. Questions about this policy: info@vedhold.com.

Information we collect

• From our business clients: name, business name, email address, mobile phone number, and their consent to receive text messages.
• From people who call a client business that uses our service: phone number, name, address or town, the reason for the call, a transcript and summary of the call, and the date and time.
• From people who call us (including the Atendana line): what you choose to tell us on the call, such as your name, phone number, business and what you would like help with, plus a transcript and summary of the call. These calls are transcribed, not audio-recorded.
• From our websites: apart from analytics on atendana.com (next item), nothing beyond what you choose to send us by email or through a website form, such as a call-back request (name, phone, email, business name and type, best time to call and any notes). A call-back request is saved in our records and emailed to our team so we can call you. vedhold.com uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
• Website analytics (atendana.com only): atendana.com uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits, see which pages people use and count taps on our phone number. Google receives your IP address and device information to provide this service; the reports we see do not identify you. We do not use this data for advertising, and Google Signals and advertising features are turned off. You can opt out with Google's opt-out tool.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide and support our services: to record inquiries, send lead alerts to the business the caller contacted, send account messages to our clients, call back people who ask us to, answer questions, and understand how visitors use atendana.com. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for our own advertising. No OTG venture sells personal information.

Calls answered by our AI assistant

When our service answers a call for a business, an AI voice assistant takes the call. At the start of every call it says that it is an AI assistant and that the call is being transcribed; callers who would rather not can hang up, and staying on the line means agreeing to the transcription. The call is transcribed as text; the audio is not recorded or kept. A summary of the call, with the transcript, is emailed to the business the caller contacted. The assistant does not identify callers by their voice and does not remember callers between calls.

Text messages and mobile numbers

Our text message program, OTG Consulting Lead Alerts, sends inquiry alerts and account messages to business clients who opt in. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Service providers

We use service providers to run our services, such as telephone and text message delivery (Twilio), voice assistant technology (ElevenLabs and the AI model providers it uses), email (Google Workspace), workflow automation (n8n), record keeping (Airtable) website hosting (Railway) and website analytics for atendana.com (Google Analytics). They process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.

When we disclose information

Caller information goes to the client business the caller contacted. Calls to the Atendana line and call-back requests from our websites stay with our own team. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If OTG Consulting is part of a merger, sale or reorganization, information may transfer as part of that transaction and remains subject to this policy or a successor policy.

Retention and security

We do not keep call audio. We delete call transcripts after 90 days. Copies emailed to the business are held by that business. We keep other inquiry records only as long as needed to provide the service to the client business or to meet legal obligations. Google Analytics data for atendana.com is kept for 14 months. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing info@vedhold.com. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you further rights; send those requests to the same email and we will respond as the law requires.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
